The factors that contribute to worm infection can vary, including environmental factors and human behavior. This study aims to collect and analyze relevant literature on the factors of exposure that affect worm infection in humans. Literature search sources include Google Scholar, SpringerLink, PubMed, and ScienceDirect that were published between 2019-2023 and discuss infection exposure agents, organic substances, and the relation between personal hygiene and intestinal worm infection. The research design can be qualitative or quantitative, involving observation, randomized control trials, and case studies. This study involves a population of farmers and uses articles in Indonesian and/or English. The literature review result indicate the importance of personal hygiene, good sanitation, and access to clean water in preventing Soil-Transmitted Helminth (STH) infections among farmers. Awareness of personal hygiene practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) need to be improved to reduce the risk of infection. Furthermore, sanitation and water sources improvement, as well as specific education, are needed to ensure the health of farmers living in rural, urban, and peri-urban areas. The role of nurses in preventing worm infections among farmers in rural areas includes education on sanitation, hygiene practices, and the use of protective equipment. Nurses also need to conduct regular health monitoring, collaborate with other healthcare teams, and improve communication with local health institutions. They should stay updated with research developments and implement the findings in the practice of care and education for farmers and the community.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://jurnal.poltekkesbanten.ac.id/JOSNHS/article/view/632 Application of Rebuke Techniques and Spiritual Remembrance Therapy for Hallucination Patients in the Purbaratu Community Health Center,Tasikmalaya City 2024-04-30T06:17:28+00:00 Asep Riyana banisulaeman@gmail.com
Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders in individuals characterized by sensory alterations of perception , perceiving false sensations in the form of sounds, visions, tastings, touching or discolorations that actually feel a stimulus that no client who experiences hallucinations can lose control of himself so as to harm himself, others and the environment. How to control hallucinations, one of which is to rebuke hallucinations by rejecting the hallucinations that appear can control hallucinations. Zikir is defined as all kinds of forms of remembering Allah, mentioning the name of Allah, either by reading tahlil, prayer beads, tahmid, taqdis, takbir, tasmiyah, hasbalah, asmaul husna, or reading prayers that are mat'sur from the Prophet Muhammad SAW. knowing the description of the application of rebuking techniques and zikir spiritual therapy, knowing the ability to control hallucinations after rebuking techniques and zikir spiritual therapy are carried out. The design in this study is qualitative with a case study approach to explore problems in hallucinatory patients using rebuking techniques and spiritual therapy. Data collection with assessment and instruments of signs and symptoms as well as instruments of the ability to control hallucinations. The results of the second study of patients after the act of rebuking and spiritual therapy suggested a decrease in the signs and symptoms of hallucinations as well as the ability to control the patient's hallucinations. In patient 1 there was a decrease in signs and symptoms by 7 signs and symptoms, in patient 2 as many as 4 signs and symptoms. The conclusion after the implementation of the technique of rebuking and spiritual therapy of thought the researcher was able to describe the application, signs and symptoms, the ability to constrict hallucinations. Suggestions for other studies to study in more depth and in conducting research can use a longer time so that the data obtained are more accurate and more convincing that the application of rebuking and spiritual therapy can be useful when hallucinations appear.
2024-04-30T06:13:06+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://jurnal.poltekkesbanten.ac.id/JOSNHS/article/view/687 The Relationship Between Parenting Patterns and Toilet Training Skills in Pre-School Children at Paud Kober Al-Husa Tambak Kibin Serang 2024-04-30T06:24:37+00:00 Rizky Oktaviani rizkyoktaviani458@gmail.com
Background: Indonesia in 2017 is known that the number of children under five in 2016 amounted to 30%, out of 258,704,986 people in Indonesia there are 75 million people who fall into the category of pre-school age children. namely, children who experience conditions unable to control urination and defecation independently. This condition occurs because parents are unable to toilet train their children, therefore this happens because children do not understand the concept of toilet training which should be done independently. Indonesia also has 50% (52,226) cases of bedwetting problems that occur in children. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and toilet training skills in preschool children. Methods: This type of research is correlative analytic research with Cross-Sectional design. Although there have been efforts to improve maternal health through various government programs, these efforts have only touched the physical aspect and have not yet made efforts to improve the psychosocial and psychiatric aspects of pregnant women. This is important because the growth and cognitive and emotional development of children are closely related to the mother's psychiatric problems during pregnancy. One of the efforts that can be done is an information program to educate individuals with emotional problems to be able to maintain homeostasis against unexpected changes or events that occur gradually, helping members cope with stress in life, focusing on dysfunctions of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors known as Therapeutic Group Therapy. Method: This research design uses quasi-experiments. The study subjects were taken by quota sampling, the sample of this study was pregnant women in the Kunciran Baru Health Center area of Tangerang City. The number of samples was 24 people.
